David and Shirley Swafford

They were pioneer missionaries and have been involved in establishing ” Georgian Christian Theological Institute,” a Pastor’s School, National Women’s Ministries Program, and translation work. David had a vision of seeing trained national pastors teaching in the Bible School. After 3 years of teaching and training, in September 2006, that vision came to pass. Because of what David saw accomplished in Georgia, he has a desire to continue the Biblical education that God has called him to in a global way.

Today David is serving the South America/Caribbean region of the world as the academic dean of Caribbean School of Theology. Shirley works as the registrar and in assisting teachers and students in each of these countries. Who would have imagined what God had in store for us? It is exciting and we are thanking God for the opportunity to teach and train ministers for the ministry in 6 nations! We believe that we are in a very strategic place in these last days. It is our prayer that God would raise up missionaries from the Caribbean and coastal countries of South America to take the gospel into countries that we could not go. We know it is possible and with God’s help it will be done. Amen!
